A leading Distribution company in Valencia, CA is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping Clerk support daily operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for long-term growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for removing surface finishes f
- Prepare and process customer orders for shipment.
- Verify shipment contents against packing lists, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
- Package products securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with carriers and transportation providers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Track shipments and provide status updates as needed.
- Maintain accurate shipping records and inventory transactions in company systems.
- Inspect outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies, shortages, and damaged shipment issues.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse activities as needed.
