Portfolio Solutions Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Portfolio Solutions team. In this entry-level role, you will support the ongoing growth and evolution of WisdomTree’s Portfolio Solutions platform by driving business analytics, cross-functional project execution, and process improvements across our business. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of financial services and investment products as well as experience collaborating across teams. This individual will be a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical and communication skills. They should be curious, analytical, and eager to identify industry trends while contributing to the continued innovation and growth of an established, fast-evolving business unit. Success in this role would be achieved by: Supporting cross-functional initiatives that help scale the Portfolio Solutions platform Maintaining and enhancing dashboards, business reports, and usage analytics to track KPIs and identify growth opportunities Driving process improvements related to platform delivery, CRM automation, model update workflows, and advisor experience Supporting the creation and refinement of marketing content, tools, and reporting that help advisors and distribution teams engage more effectively Participating in ad-hoc projects as needed Experience and Required Skill Set: Entry-level BS/BA degree required, along with strong academic background Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal) Highly developed critical thinking and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment $65,000 - $75,000 a year Compensation for this Role: Base salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 Annual discretionary bonus, payable in cash and/or equity securities consistent with WisdomTree’s policies and procedures, and subject to the terms and conditions of WisdomTree’s equity plan Base rate offered will be based on candidate’s experience, qualifications, skillset and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living) Benefits for this Role: Medical, dental and vision coverage with multiple plan options Health savings and flexible spending accounts Employer-paid life, disability and business travel insurance 401(k) plan with company match Flexible paid time off Educational reimbursement programs Wellness and fitness activities Paid parental leave Volunteer time off All such benefits are subject to the terms and conditions of WisdomTree’s benefits plans and policies.
