Telemarketer (Outbound Cold Calling)Location: Basehor KSSchedule: Part Time/ FlexibleCompensation: Hourly + commissionReports to: AgentAbout the RoleWe're seeking a motivated Telemarketer to make 100 outbound cold calls per day to potential customers. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and comfortable following a call script while aiming to generate leads and schedule next steps for our sales team.ResponsibilitiesMake 100 outbound cold calls per day to targeted prospectsUse provided scripts and product/service information to introduce our offeringsQualify leads and identify customer needsRecord call outcomes accurately in our CRM (e.g., notes, disposition codes)Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitudeSchedule appointments or transfer qualified leads to the appropriate team memberMeet daily and weekly performance targets (calls, lead quality, appointments)Follow compliance and calling best practices (Do Not Call rules, consent requirements, etc.)RequirementsPrior telemarketing, call center, or sales experience preferred (not required)Strong communication skills and confidence speaking on the phoneAbility to handle rejection and stay motivated throughout the dayReliable attendance and consistent daily call volumeComfortable using a CRM and basic computer systemsClear, professional speaking voice and strong listening skillsWhat We OfferBase pay: $14/ hourIncentives/Commission: $5/ lead generatedTraining and call scripts providedSupport from sales leadershipCompensation: $14.00 per hourWe're Hiring!This busy insurance and financial services office has a passion to make a difference in the lives of others and better the community.
