Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Automotive Technician A/B (Tech A/B) to join our team. As a Senior-Level Technician , you will handle advanced diagnostics, major repairs, and contribute to the overall excellence of our shop. You’ll also mentor less experienced technicians and help maintain the high service standards that our customers expect.

Responsibilities:

• Perform complex diagnostics and mechanical/electrical repairs on all kinds of vehicle systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, HVAC, and electronics.
• Use OEM and third-party diagnostic software and scan tools to troubleshoot issues accurately.
• Conduct test drives and/or inspections to verify repairs and ensure quality workmanship.
• Maintain clear, thorough documentation of all work performed.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety protocols and shop standards.

Qualifications:

• ASE Master Certification
• Minimum 7 to 10+ years of automotive repair experience in a professional setting.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools, service software, and repair procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to high-quality work and project delivery within requested time frame.
• Willingness to take a Drug Test and/or Background Check if requested.

• Salary: $100,000+ annually, depending on experience.
