We offer a curated food marketplace and evidence-based nutrition care, backed by investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Bain Capital, and Healthy.VC.What You'll DoDeliver high-quality, person-centered Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) for patients with chronic and complex conditions including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, obesity, cancer, and gastrointestinal disordersComplete comprehensive virtual assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans based on patient needs, preferences, and goalsWrite nutrition prescriptions tailored to clinical diagnoses and promote sustainable behavior changeDocument all patient interactions in the electronic health record (EHR) clearly and promptlyCollaborate with care teams, including physicians and health coaches, to support coordinated patient careParticipate in content development for education, engagement, and outreachEngage in continuous quality improvement and innovation of care deliveryApply current nutrition research and evidence-based practices in patient careMaintain required professional credentials, licensing, and ongoing educationParticipate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to strategic projects when appropriateWhat We're Looking ForEducation & Credential: Current Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credentialed by the Commission on Dietetic Registration, in good standingMaster's Degree in Nutrition or a related field preferred; OR Bachelor's Degree with RD/RDN status achieved prior to the Master's degree requirementLicensed in the state of IllinoisExcellent communication skills and a strong commitment to patient-centered careComfort using digital tools and platforms for virtual care deliveryAbility to work effectively with diverse patient populations and health conditionsStrong problem-solving, critical thinking, and organizational skillsA proactive, collaborative approach and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environmentPassion for innovation, public health, and expanding access to nutrition careBonusesCredentialed with major health plansActively licensed in states other than IllinoisExperienced in behavior change counseling, group education, or culinary nutritionComfortable contributing to program design, content development, or digital toolsFluent in SpanishCompensation & BenefitsBase pay range: $50.00/hr - $55.00/hrSession Rate: $50–$55/hour (based on a standard hour-long session).
