Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Per Diem - Scarsdale, New York

As a valued member of our team, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will play a crucial role in the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. In this per diem role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our skilled nursing staff to provide individualized attention and support to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including personal care, mobility assistance, and medication management

• Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and services provided

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Demonstrate a passion for delivering extraordinary patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; certificate in nursing or related field preferred

• Current CNA certification in the state of New York

• 0 years of experience; per diem schedule offers flexibility and autonomy

• Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients of varying weights and sizes

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
