Human Resources Coordinator
$25 - $30 per hourLHH US
Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator Location: San Diego, CA 92121 Pay: $25 to $30 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Overview This HR Coordinator role focuses on people operations and employee support. The position serves as a first point of contact for the HR department and plays a key role in onboarding, documentation, and day-to-day HR processes. Key Responsibilities

- Serve as the first point of contact for the HR department, responding to and routing questions
- Process onboarding documentation and ensure new hire files are complete and accurate
- Track pre-hire and onboarding steps to ensure timely completion
- Maintain employee records, including document uploads and HR system updates
- Support routine HR workflows such as employee changes and confirmations
- Communicate clearly with employees and internal teams to keep processes moving
- Previous experience in an HR focus role
- Hands-on experience processing onboarding documents and maintaining files
- Professional communication style with strong customer service instincts
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
- Experience using an HRIS system
- Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment
