We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner to manage patient care within Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). This role is designed for a clinician who thrives on autonomy and clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive orthopedic and pain-focused physical examinations within the SNF setting. Diagnose acute/chronic musculoskeletal issues and develop multi-modal treatment plans (coordinating with facility staff). Provide expertise on pain management while maintaining strict adherence to safety and compliance standards. Maintain accurate, timely patient records via our streamlined EMR system. Qualifications Licensure: Active NP License in New Jersey (Required). Credentials: Valid DEA and CDS certifications. Experience: Previous experience in SNF rounding is a plus.
