Senior Product Owner, Workday Total Rewards

EchoStar

EchoStar is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Total Rewards to lead the Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits configurations and improvements. You will drive cycles like open enrollment and merit planning while integrating AI-enabled automation. You will partner with Total Rewards leaders, Payroll, HR Operations, and HR Business Partners to translate policies into Workday designs, maintain the backlog, and ensure high-quality rollouts through end-to-end testing and smooth #J-18808-Ljbffr EchoStar
