Bank of Bird-in-Hand is actively seeking a **Head Teller** to join our team at our Intercourse Branch. The Head Teller is responsible for overseeing daily teller operations and fostering a team environment focused on efficiency and customer service. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a great team and assist the community with their banking needs! Responsibilities Overseeing tellers and their transactions at the branch Coaching, developing, and educating team members Handling branch reporting on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis Promoting the bank's services and providing outstanding customer service Maintaining vault cash and coin while ensuring cash limits are not exceeded Acting as a source of knowledge of banking policies and procedures Collaborating with various departments within the organization Qualifications A minimum 2+ years of banking experience High school diploma or equivalent required Preferred Skills Prior leadership experience in the banking industry Benefits Here at the bank, we have a comprehensive benefit package for those who qualify.
