Fulfillment Associate

- # Description**Job Summary**:This position is primarily responsible for supporting operations by ensuring timely **order fulfillment to clients**. Duties may include inventory, pulling order, packing and shipping orders, receiving orders, etc. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Ensure orders are processed in accordance with the company’s customer service standards.* Pack products per order standard specifications and scan contents for inventory tracking and confirmation of order accuracy.* Keep work area clean.* Receive incoming product and sorting boxes.* Work in accordance with company safety guidelines.* Stock inventory.* May make recommendations for process improvement.* Effectively manage time to be able to meet established deadlines.* Check all incoming product against purchase orders and vendor packing slip and placing merchandise in proper location.* Perform cycle counts.* Maintain a working knowledge of the operational process and procedures.* Pulling items ordered from proper locations and preparing for shipment.* Perform other duties as assigned.## Qualifications**Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills and abilities)*** High school diploma or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that would provide the required abilities.* Min 2 years of **Fulfillment Experience required.*** Online shipping experience.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Must have **proficient computer knowledge with MS Office software suites.*** Must be a self-starter with excellent time management skills.* Must have strong critical thinking skills – able to anticipate problems and provide solutions.* Must be detail oriented with a strong emphasis on accuracy and consistency.* Dedication to excellence and a strong work ethic.* An ability to function well as part of a team.* Diligent attention to safety.* Ability to move, lift heavy products.* Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.* Dependable and Reliable* Ability to work effectively and interact with all levels of staff and departments throughout the organization.**Work Environment*** Position will be performed in a warehouse environment which requires the ability to stand for multiple hours a day in a facility that is exposed to altering degrees of cold and heat.**Physical Demands*** This position requires extended periods of time working in a warehouse facility. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk.* Requires the use of hands to handle objects and merchandise.* Requires the ability to stock shelves by climbing ladders or stairs; able to bend, twist, stoop, reach and lift/move inventory.* Duties will require the ability to routinely lift 25 lbs., and occasionally greater than 50 lbs.* Vision to determine colors for fulfilling orders.
