The State and Local Tax merger and acquisitions practice (SALT M&A), is responsible for performing due diligence and transaction tax consulting to companies ranging from private equity to institutional investors/clients. The team advises clients on risks and solutions related to buying and selling transactions and provides deliverables in firm-provided formats. RSM is looking for a dynamic State and Local Tax (SALT) Senior Manager, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions, to join our expanding Cross-Border M&A Tax Practice.
