Direct patient care and documentation of patients presenting to ED with variety of complaints, triage, main sections with higher acuity, Express care/fast track with lower acuity/clinic type patients. Staff rotate to various areas based on experience and training. Patient Ratios: 4:1 Number of Beds: 55 Department Specifics : Currently seeking Level III Trauma designation, Primary Stroke Center, Primary Chest Pain Center, wonderful EMS partnership, Radiology with CT and Sono within ED, Self-Scheduling with voluntary on call, Certified Emergency Nurse fees paid, Evidence Based Practice and Process Improvement projects ongoing, Trauma training, Express Care/fast track with lower acuity/clinic type patients, Staff rotate to various areas based on experience and training. Qualifications Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program License/Certification RN - Registered Nurse with min of 1 year ED Experience BLS - Basic Life Support (required within 30 days of hire) ENPC and TNCC Qualifications Grad of an Accredited Program Specialized field of study should be nursing.
