• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with school staff, students, and families
• Proficiency in utilizing technology for instruction and documentation (essential for virtual candidates)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities
• Provide direct instructional support in one-on-one, small group, or classroom settings
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students’ unique needs
• Work collaboratively with general education teachers and related service providers
• Maintain accurate records, monitor student progress, and regularly communicate updates with parents and staff
• Participate in IEP meetings, team conferences, and ongoing professional development
