What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
• 1+ years of experience operating a press brake and various CNC/manual machines
• Ability to use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and tape measures
• Experience with machine setup and a range of machining operations from simple to complex
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Solid understanding of metal fabrication concepts, safety, and quality standards
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work 10-12 hour shifts

What You'll Do as a Press Operator:

• Set up and operate press brake machines and related equipment
• Utilize various shop tools and perform routine maintenance as required
• Conduct dimensional inspections and ensure quality standards are met
• Detect and report defective materials or safety concerns
• Support other production operations as needed based on workflow
