Glass and Glazing Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Glass And Glazing Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Supervise onsite personnel and train as needed
Interface with project contractors, architects, engineers, and clients
Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications that meets or exceeds industry standards

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Glass and Glazing installation / Management is required
Familiarity with construction management software - Procore - OST (On Screen Takeoff) - GDS (Glass Estimating)
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
