Bilingual Paralegal

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bilingual Paralegal to support our workers compensation legal team. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish , highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and organize legal documents and correspondence
• Translate legal documents and communications between English and Spanish
• Conduct legal research and case preparation
• Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines
• Communicate with clients, courts, and outside parties in both languages
• Assist attorneys with filings, discovery, and trial preparation
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal procedures

Qualifications:

• Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal experience
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required
• 1+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred (But Not Required):

• Experience in workers compensation
• Experience working with diverse client populations
