Base pay range $16.00/hr - $23.00/hr Overview Do you have a knack for helping people, following recipes, and organization? Our prepared meal and rotisserie chicken associates prepare fresh food items daily for our members by following recipes and preparing our always warm and ready rotisserie chicken. You will wrap, label, and store merchandise to ensure our members have the freshest items available to take home. You may juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping members with their needs. A friendly, proactive approach helps create a positive shopping experience. What you'll do Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicate effectively with team members; be flexible to the needs of the business. Be an Expert: Prepare food according to item specifications; plan for future and seasonal production; adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment; understand product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; use handheld technology to make decisions related to production, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them. Be an Owner: Drive area performance; stock and rotate merchandise; ensure quality and date control standards; minimize waste; assist customers according to company policies and procedures. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and the club by delivering high-quality service and products; model energy, commitment, and passion for the work. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; use the Open Door Policy in daily work. Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers, and other partners; identify priorities and deadlines; communicate progress; learn from change and feedback.
