Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Sunday, Monday, Tuesday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing a broad range of surgical procedures including abdominal, cardiovascular, orthopedic, neurosurgery, trauma, robotic, and more
• Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio in the Operating Room setting throughout the perioperative process
• Utilize the Meditech documentation system to accurately record patient care, assessments, and surgical data
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary surgical team in a designated trauma center environment equipped to manage life-threatening injuries 24/7
• Adhere to set scheduling requirements and department-specific unit guidelines and policies
• Follow department dress code standards, including use of hospital-laundered scrubs provided by the department

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
• Operating Room clinical experience
• Ability to work a set night shift schedule (Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Proficiency or ability to quickly adapt to the Meditech documentation system

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Surgical or procedural nursing experience preferred
• Familiarity with robotic-assisted surgical procedures
• Experience in a trauma center or high-acuity surgical environment
