Job Role:

u Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires, existing team members, and individuals needing additional support.

u Conduct orientation sessions focused on collections, customer service processes, and company protocols.

u Create personalized coaching plans and provide relevant resources to facilitate employee success and continuous learning.

u Identify training needs by analyzing business performance metrics and customer experience reports; collaborate with leadership to align training with strategic objectives.

u Maintain and update training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and policy documentation.

u Enhance training effectiveness through innovative approaches, job-embedded support, and integration with daily operations.

u Monitor and manage training-related costs to align with departmental financial goals.

u Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and competitor benchmarks by engaging in professional development and networking.

u Contribute to ongoing process improvement through activities such as group and individual call evaluations, quality calibrations, and mentoring.

u Maintain awareness of competitive landscape and assist with training related to new product launches and service rollouts.

u Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

u Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a call center environment, preferably in a training, supervisory, or collections-related role.

u Hands-on experience with first-party and third-party collections is highly preferred.

u Strong oral and written presentation skills, with the ability to effectively teach, motivate, and inspire team members.

u Exceptional communication skills, with a professional and engaging presence.

u Elevated level of energy and enthusiasm, with a proactive approach to challenges.

u Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related productivity tools.

 

Education:

l High school graduate.

l Bachelor's degree preferred
