Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as an SLP.
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Experience working with students in grades K-12.
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and school staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students in grades K-12.
• Deliver direct therapy sessions and maintain documentation of student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student goals and success.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on student needs.
• Provide resources and support for classroom integration and carryover of communication goals.
• Maintain compliance with all district and state regulations for speech-language services.
