We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Associate Dentist to join our growing family.Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Associate Dentist who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with us. This opportunity is ideal for both recent graduates seeking mentorship and experienced clinicians looking for a supportive, growth-oriented practice environment. A strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence is essential.Compensation & Benefits: Daily guarantee (first 90 days): $650-$900 (DOE). After 90 days: 30% of collections. Mentorship and career advancement opportunities including hands-on mentorship from senior doctors for advanced procedures, including surgical and wisdom tooth extractions, implants, root canals, conscious IV sedation.
