What You'll Do Support bartenders during service to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience. Keep the bar fully stocked with glassware, beverages, garnishes, ice, and other essential supplies. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar environment throughout each shift. Assist with opening and closing procedures and daily operational needs. Prepare coffee, espresso, and specialty beverages for restaurant guests. Help monitor inventory levels and support overall bar efficiency. Engage with guests and provide warm, attentive hospitality whenever needed. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment. A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Team-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality and guest service. Interest in learning about cocktails, spirits, wine, and beverage operations. Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
