Technical Recruiter

The RoleRaydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Lead talent acquisition as the organization's initial recruiting specialist, covering a wide range of technical and operational functions. Work side by side with senior leadership to establish hiring practices and expand headcount as the business enters a major growth stage.What You'll DoFind and evaluate candidates, handling initial screening conversations for positions spanning technical, scientific, plant and public-sector functions.Run the hiring process end to end, from early outreach to extending offers, with a focus on a quick and positive candidate experience.Create and continually improve recruiting workflows, tools and new-hire onboarding from scratch.Collaborate with company leaders and domain experts to understand specialized positions and agree on what a strong candidate looks like.Develop talent pipelines that cover both current vacancies and anticipated staffing needs as operations expand to round-the-clock schedules.What We're Looking ForRoughly 5 to 8 years of recruiting experience.A background hiring for hands-on engineering, scientific and operations-focused positions, beyond software alone.Experience helping young or rapidly scaling companies build out their workforce.Strong command of the whole hiring lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling and closing candidates.Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems.Comfort partnering with founders and technical stakeholders.An adaptable, quick-moving, hands-on style that fits a lean, results-focused setting.Ability to work on-site five days a week.Bonus PointsExperience using AI-assisted tools to automate recruiting tasks.Health, dental and vision coverageRelocation supportLocation and Work ModelAlameda, CA, United StatesOn-site, 5 days per week in officeFull-timeCompensation, as the Posting Describes ItEquityFlexible time off
