Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Operations Associate to support daily business operations through a combination of administrative responsibilities, warehouse activities, and inventory management. This role requires a hands-on individual who is comfortable working both in an office environment and within a warehouse setting.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and willing to assist wherever needed to ensure smooth operational workflows. Forklift certification is preferred; however, candidates who are willing to obtain certification will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties

• Answer phones, emails, and general company correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and filing systems.
• Process purchase orders, invoices, shipping documents, and other operational paperwork.
• Assist with data entry and inventory tracking.
• Support scheduling and coordination of deliveries, shipments, and internal operations.
• Perform general office and administrative tasks as assigned.

Warehouse Duties

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain stock accuracy.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Assist with material handling and product movement within the facility.

Equipment Operation

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Complete forklift certification training if not currently certified.

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred

• Previous administrative, operations, warehouse, or logistics experience.
• Forklift certification.
• Experience with inventory management systems and shipping software.
