WiWhere you'll be working:

Location(s): Ashburn/Herndon, VA

Setting: Hybrid (Clinic and In-Home ABA Services)

Population Served: 2-18 years

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise ABA services and monitor client progress
• Train, mentor, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians
• Review clinical data and make treatment recommendations
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members to ensure meaningful progress

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):

Caseload size: Typically 7–12 clients depending on client needs and treatment intensity

Billable hour expectations: Standard expectation of 25 billable hours per week, with flexibility for newer clinicians when appropriate

Compensation & Perks (real ones):

Base salary: $90,000–$110,000

Bonus structure: Performance-based opportunities available depending on role and location

PTO: 10 days PTO plus paid holidays
