Overview
Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) – Travel assignment in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Start date: 07/06/2026 for a 10-week assignment. Weekly pay: $1,605–$1,647 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week. Shift: 12-hour day shifts, Fri–Sun, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Work setting: hospital environment with an on-site lab and a freestanding ED serving a metro area.

Responsibilities
- Perform radiographic imaging (X-ray) for a variety of patients, ensuring proper positioning and technique for diagnostic quality.
- Adhere to radiation safety principles and ALARA to protect patients and staff.
- Verify orders, document procedures, and communicate results to radiologists and care teams.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain X-ray equipment; conduct basic image processing and quality checks.
- Collaborate with ED and hospital staff to support fast-paced patient flow and accurate imaging across multiple exam bays.
- Maintain patient comfort, privacy, and infection-control standards throughout imaging procedures.

Requirements
- Active radiologic technologist credential or state-appropriate licensure
- Proficiency in radiographic imaging, patient positioning, and image quality in a hospital/ED setting
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on Fri–Sun and participate in a travel assignment
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume ED environment
- Eligible for a travel assignment in the Atlanta metro area
