Safety Manager

Base pay range $50.00/hr - $55.00/hr This is a 10+ month contract (W-2) role beginning February 2, 2026. Expected schedule is Monday-Saturday day shift (~6:00AM-4:30PM). Responsibilities Implement and maintain site safety plan Conduct safety inductions for all contractor and subcontracted staff Execute daily and weekly safety inspections, reports, and correct findings Ensure that subcontractors have all required permits to work Organize weekly safety discussion for contractor site team Collect worked hours for contractor and subcontractor teams and generate monthly reports Investigate and report any incidents Generate Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and Work Method Statements (WMS) Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Health and Safety + 3 years of construction safety management experience / OR board-certified safety credential + 5 years of construction safety management experience / OR Current OSHA 500 Certification + 6 years of construction safety management experience OSHA 10 + OSHA 30 certifications required Knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment Able to identify known potential exposure and lead corrective actions Able to produce reports and develop relevant policies Comfortable with the onsite work requirements and schedule Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function Management Industries Construction Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Aperture Group by 2x Get notified about new Safety Manager jobs in Sun Prairie, WI. #J-18808-Ljbffr Aperture Group
