Join our team in Bolingbrook, IL as a 3rd shift Machine Operator III working Monday - Friday 11:00pm - 7:00am and bring printed sheets to life, transforming them into high-quality cards using cutting-edge equipment! You’ll have the opportunity to master a variety of machines encompassing the whole card manufacturing process. If you have an eye for detail and a passion for precision, we want you on our team! Pay ranges from $20.00–$23.09/hour, reflecting the minimum and maximum target based on the role, level, and location. What you bring to the table: CNC experience is a plus Ability to comprehend and translate written work instructions to provide training to other employees and temporaries assigned in the department Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to perform multiple tasks in a time sensitive, deadline driven environment Understanding of quality processes and procedures Ability to use various measuring devices, such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures to verify material conformance to specifications Ability to troubleshoot malfunctions Machine Operator Job Specifications: Exposure to shop noise Requires working on hard floor- regularly standing, walking, bending, squatting, and stooping Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screens. Requires normal color perception. Adheres to MasterCard and Visa association security standards Machine Operator Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 1 year experience in similar manufacturing role Ability to operate machinery Basic computer skills Strong verbal and written communication in English Flexibility with regard to schedule- overtime may be required as needed
