Respiratory Therapist (RT)

We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Respiratory Therapist / Respiratory Technician to provide high-quality respiratory care in a fast-paced Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment. Responsibilities Provide respiratory therapy treatments and breathing treatments to residents Monitor oxygen therapy, pulse oximetry, and respiratory status Assist with trach care, nebulizer treatments, CPAP/BiPAP management, and ventilator support as needed Work closely with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes Maintain accurate documentation in EMR/EHR systems Respond promptly to respiratory emergencies and changes in condition Educate residents and families on respiratory care plans Qualifications Active Respiratory Therapist (RT/RRT/CRT) license or Respiratory Technician certification (state requirements apply) Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, post-acute care, nursing home, or SNF setting preferred Knowledge of pulmonary care, oxygen management, and respiratory equipment Strong communication and teamwork skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Shift: Monday-Friday Benefits Daily Pay Available!!!
