This role collaborates across teams, ensuring deliverables align with user and business needs. This role conducts basic user research with limited support and provide actionable insights. Additionally, this role designs and tests prototypes effectively.As a user experience product designer, the candidate will help in stitching together end-to-end user journeys, turning a touchpoint into a cohesive experience that meets the needs of the business and the users.Working across research, design, and product strategy, they will ensure the users experience effortless contunuity.Depth & Scope:Experienced working professional role providing experience design, within their own area of specialtyRequires experienced, conceptual and practical knowledge within their own specialty and knowledge of broader related areasAccountable for own work and sometimes others; acts as an escalation point or knowledge resource for others in their own areaLeads projects/products or workstreams within broader project/product with moderate risk and may be accountable for managing ongoing activities, processes and functional programsWorks within broad guidelines / policies and independently performs tasks from end to endTakes day to day direction from Product Owner, Tech Leads and UX Design Lead within their platform/journeyEducation & Experience:Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience3+ years of experience, preferably in digital design, interaction and visual designPreferred Qualifications:Journey stitching and systems thinking (core focus) will be required to map, design, and refine end-to-end journeys for feedback from the business and from usersLightweight user research (with the help of UX lead) to gain feedback early and oftenExecution and visual design using standards and components, often leveraging Figma MakeStrategy and collaboration (this is a cross-functional team).Experience with Figma, Figma Make, Co-Pilot, experience in banking industry or somewhere with legacy appsCustomer Accountabilities:Translates concepts into wireframes and mock-ups that lead to intuitive user experiencesFacilitates product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital productsDesigns and delivers wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mock-ups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfacesIdentifies design problems and devise elegant solutionsTakes a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designsShareholder Accountabilities:Contributes to various operational activities and experience design processes as assignedConsistently exercises discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality;
