General Description
The Billing/Invoicing Clerk is responsible for creating manifests, billing orders, generating invoices, and maintaining spreadsheets. This position works closely with in‑plant shipping and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of all documentation. Perform other duties as needed.
Hours
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday-Saturday: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
- Sundays: Possible 4‑hour shift Flexibility with hours and days is required based on business needs. Hours may vary as needed.
