MBS Engagement Manager (EM)

* Gestire progetti e workstream complessi in ambito Risk Management, coordinando attività, timeline, risorse e stakeholder.* Supervisionare lo sviluppo, la revisione e la validazione di modelli di misurazione dei rischi di Liquidità, Operativi e di Tasso di Interesse.* Guidare la definizione e l’aggiornamento delle metriche di rischio, dei sistemi di reporting (LCR, NSFR, KPI operativi) e dei framework di monitoraggio.* Coordinare la definizione dei framework di gestione del rischio operativo, tra cui LDA, RCSA, Scenario Analysis e metodologie di resilienza.* Supportare e supervisionare le attività delle funzioni di Audit e Convalida su modelli e processi afferenti ai rischi non finanziari.* Facilitare workshop, incontri e presentazioni con stakeholder senior e C‐level, traducendo esigenze di business in soluzioni operative e metodologiche.* Revisionare deliverable complessi, assicurandone qualità, coerenza metodologica ed eleganza espositiva.* Identificare opportunità commerciali, contribuendo alla redazione di offerte e alla proposizione di nuovi servizi.* Garantire la crescita del team tramite mentoring su temi metodologici, regolamentari e di gestione progettuale.* Laurea in discipline Economico‐Finanziarie, Statistiche/Matematiche o Ingegneristiche.* 6–8 anni di esperienza in società di consulenza o in funzioni di Risk Management di banche/istituzioni finanziarie.* Conoscenza approfondita delle metodologie di misurazione e monitoraggio dei rischi di liquidità, operativi, ICT e di tasso.* Ottima familiarità con il quadro regolamentare: Basilea III, linee guida EBA, normative ICT e resilienza operativa, incluso DORA.* Esperienza nell’utilizzo di tool analitici e statistici (SAS, Python, R).* Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata).* Padronanza avanzata del pacchetto Office (Excel, PowerPoint).* Approfondita conoscenza di modelli, metriche e framework per la misurazione dei rischi non finanziari e dei rischi comportamentali.* Capacità di supervisionare analisi quantitative complesse, interpretare risultati e guidare decisioni metodologiche.* Familiarità con strumenti di analisi statistica e con dataset complessi.* Forte comprensione dei processi CRO, dei requisiti regolamentari e dei sistemi di risk reporting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
