Sales Consultant (Storm Restoration)

What You'll Do: As a Storm Restoration Roofing Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with homeowners who may have experienced roof or exterior property damage from hail, wind, or severe weather. Your role is to educate homeowners, identify potential damage, guide them through the restoration process, and help them make informed decisions about their roofing needs. Responsibilities Include: Meet with homeowners to discuss potential storm-related damage to their property. Conduct roof and exterior property assessments to identify potential damage. Educate homeowners on the storm restoration and roofing replacement process. Build rapport and establish trust with homeowners throughout the sales process. Explain roofing solutions, restoration options, and available services. Work with homeowners to navigate the insurance restoration process. Coordinate with insurance adjusters, project managers, and internal teams as needed. Present proposals and explain project scope, pricing, and available options. Answer homeowner questions and confidently overcome objections. Close roofing and restoration projects while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM. Follow up consistently with homeowners throughout the sales and restoration process. Attend ongoing sales training, coaching sessions, and team meetings. Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales goals. Qualifications: Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. Competitive, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed. Strong follow-up and organizational skills. Excellent time management and communication abilities. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Comfortable working outdoors and traveling within the local market. Comfortable working evenings and weekends when needed to meet with homeowners. Ability to quickly learn roofing products, storm restoration processes, and insurance procedures. Previous experience in roofing, storm restoration, home improvement, construction, insurance restoration, in-home sales, or other commission-based sales environments Sales experience is a plus, but the right attitude and work ethic matter most. Candidates with a proven history of exceeding sales goals in any customer-facing or commission-based role are encouraged to apply.
