Lifts pallets to examine pallets, removes defective boards, and corrects nail-related issues. Understands pallet specifications and modifications necessary for customers. Responsible for troubleshooting jams, and basic maintenance of the quality control station.Hours:Monday - Friday2nd Shift 3:00 pm - 11:00 pmPay rate: $18.00Duties Include:Willing to work in a fast-paced/high-volume environmentAttention to detail & commitment to qualityInspect pallets visually for defects including, but not limited to, broken boards and blocks, missing components, nail defects, debris and contamination. Correct defects that do not meet specification criteria.Remove damaged boards with a pry bar/hammer.Cleans area during and at the end of shift.May be required to work frequent overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts.Performs other duties as required.SkillsMust be 18+ years oldBasic tool knowledge is a plusFrequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets.Join us today!
