Head Golf Professional (Reports to Director of Golf)

GBN Recruitment has been retained by Isleworth Golf & Country Club in a search for a Head Golf Professional to join one of the most prestigious private golf communities. Nestled within 600 acres along Central Florida's Butler Chain of Lakes, Isleworth is a Tavistock Group developer‑owned community and a Top 100 Platinum Club of the World. The Arnold Palmer/Steve Smyers-designed championship course stretches to approximately 7,700 yards and serves as home to more than 30 PGA Tour professionals — making tour‑quality conditioning a year‑round standard, not a seasonal expectation. A comprehensive course renovation was recently completed, and a short game area renovation is currently underway with completion targeted for 2027. The Role The Head Golf Professional works directly alongside the Director of Golf and leads a strong, stable golf operations team: four assistant professionals, a dedicated merchandiser, a director of instruction, and an outside staff of 14–19. Instruction oversight is not a primary focus of this position; the Director of Instruction manages that program. This is an operations and hospitality leadership role with significant visibility among a membership that is engaged, down‑to‑earth, and genuinely invested in the people who serve them.
