Jack in the Box is hiring an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Restaurant General Manager to lead our brand-new location in Perry, Georgia! We are seeking a hands-on leader who is passionate about people, operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and profitability Recruit, hire, train, develop, and retain high-performing team members and managers Manage labor costs, food costs, inventory, and overall restaurant profitability Maintain exceptional guest service and resolve customer concerns professionally Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, workplace safety, and brand standards Manage inventory levels, coordinate product ordering, and implement cost-control measures to minimize waste Analyze sales reports, P&L statements, and key performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities Implement action plans to improve restaurant performance, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction Develop effective schedules that align staffing levels with business needs and labor budgets Drive sales growth through operational consistency, team performance, and customer satisfaction Foster a positive, professional, and accountable workplace culture Uphold company policies, procedures, and applicable employment laws and regulations Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience required Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in QSR or high-volume restaurant environment preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred ServSafe Certification required Strong understanding of: Food cost management Labor cost management COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) P&L statements Inventory management and controls Scheduling and staffing efficiencies Must be able to travel for training and company needs Must have open availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to multitask and lead in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with a strong ownership mentality Benefits: Competitive salary Performance-based bonus opportunities Paid training and professional development Paid vacation Growth opportunities within a growing organization Supportive leadership team Opportunity to grow with future locations #J-18808-Ljbffr Jack-in-the-Box
