This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about safety, quality, and team engagement. You'll play a critical role in delivering production goals while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and respect.What You'll Do:As a Production Supervisor, you will provide leadership and oversight for Shift Leaders, Operators, and Production Assistants to ensure we consistently meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. You'll manage daily production activities, coordinate resources, and collaborate across departments to resolve operational issues and improve processes. Key responsibilities include:Leading and engaging production teams to achieve operational goalsEnsuring safety standards, company policies, and quality requirements are consistently metOverseeing equipment set-ups, start-ups, and efficient machine operationMonitoring product quality, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to specificationsTroubleshooting equipment issues and partnering with Maintenance on repairs and preventive maintenanceManaging production schedules, documentation, and shift communicationProviding training, coaching, and conflict resolution to support team developmentPromoting a clean, organized, and efficient manufacturing environmentWhat You'll Bring:Associate's degree (technical or related field) preferred, or equivalent experience3+ years of manufacturing experience with required supervisory experienceStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of production equipment, quality standards, and safety practicesProficiency in MS Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to thrive on a night shift scheduleWhat You'll Receive:As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $90,000 to $95,000. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time.
