Lead Pediatric Dental Assistant As a Lead Pediatric Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring children develop healthy habits and a lifetime of beautiful smiles! Pediatric Dental Assisting experience is preferred; however, we will support the training and development of an experienced dental assistant. Our ideal candidate loves kids, is flexible and reliable, and seeks to grow professionally. Required qualifications: RDA, CPR, Sealant certification, Nitrous certification, and Coronal Polishing certification. Hours: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm. Radiography requirements according to state regulations. Experience Experience working in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is desired. Pediatric experience, preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills; must establish and maintain positive working relationships. Customer-service oriented with a pleasant demeanor at all times. Effective written and verbal communication with all staff and management. Project a capable and professional image reflective of Company values. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and perform duties in a timely manner. Proficient with PCs and able to learn new software programs; computer proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office preferred; experience with fax, copier, and general office equipment.
