Welcome to Lava Island!
Lava Island is a high-energy indoor play oasis filled with trampolines, slides, foam pits, obstacle courses, and nonstop birthday parties. Families come here to make memories.
Our team is the reason those memories feel fun, safe, and unforgettable. Working at Lava Island means being part of something bigger—where your effort helps shape the kind of day families will talk about long after they leave.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome families at check-in
- Supervise play areas and support safety
- Help run birthday parties and celebrations
- Prepare and serve food in the café
- Keep spaces clean, organized, and stocked
- Bring steady, positive energy to each shift
This role is active and fast-moving, with a lot of variety throughout each shift.
Success in this role means staying engaged, supporting your team, and consistently delivering a great experience for families.
Who Thrives Here
We’re intentional about the team we build. People who succeed at Lava Island are:
- Reliable and consistent
- Friendly, steady, and positive under pressure
- Focused on doing things the right way
- Comfortable staying active
- Supportive teammates
- Quick to step in and help without being asked
We’re looking for people who care about their work and the families they serve.
Your Growth Path
Crew Member is the starting point on our team. From here, growth happens when you show consistent effort, reliability, and a willingness to learn. As you build confidence and skill, you can work toward opportunities such as:
- Crew Specialist
- Crew Trainer
- Guest Experience Captain

- Crew Lead
Each step comes with new responsibilities, new skills, and higher pay. Advancement is based on readiness, strong performance, and steady reliability — not seniority.
