About the Clinician's Workday The psychiatrist will provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric care for adults during Monday-Friday day shifts working 32-40 hours per week on-site with no telehealth option. Clinical responsibilities include conducting 90-minute initial evaluations and 60-minute medication management visits for patients with serious mental illness requiring behavioral health services. The clinician will utilize the myAVATAR EMR system for all documentation and work within the county-operated outpatient clinic environment. Credentialing process takes approximately 3-5 weeks for this position.
