Your primary mission is to bring new members into our Pilates community, turning prospects into loyal members through engaging and informative Demo Classes. This role is perfect for those passionate about fitness and sales, offering you the chance to make a significant impact in people's lives while achieving your sales goals. What You Bring: Exceptional sales, communication, and customer service skills. A goal-oriented mindset with a talent for selling memberships, retail, private training, and teacher training. Proficiency in using Club Ready software or a willingness to learn. The ability to engage with clients in person, over the phone, and via email fluently in English. A resilient approach to work, capable of thriving under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Flexibility for daily or occasional travel as needed. Your Key Responsibilities: Execute the sales process effectively from lead generation to closing. Conduct facility tours, fostering relationships and addressing individual fitness needs. Achieve personal sales targets while promoting Club Pilates as a premier fitness and wellness provider. Showcase our services to current and prospective members, focusing on their fitness goals. Represent Club Pilates at special events, enhancing our community presence. Continuously develop your selling skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
