Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Opportunity

Required Skills:

• Valid Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) license in Michigan or eligible for licensure
• Proven experience in hospital-based anesthesia, particularly with adult and geriatric populations
• Competency in managing a variety of general surgical cases within a Level III trauma setting
• Ability to work independently within a supervised CRNA model
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with operating room staff and surgical teams

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in trauma or emergency surgery environments
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual abilities or additional language skills are a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nurse Anesthesia
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia practice in a hospital setting
• Prior experience covering a range of surgical procedures and trauma cases

Other Requirements:

• Credentialing timeline of approximately 90-120 days
• Local candidates preferred; travel reimbursements available for mileage
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required
• Ability to work scheduled shifts on an 8, 10, or 12-hour basis, with no call responsibilities
