Seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon to join a hospital-based team in northern Rhode Island. This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a new orthopedic program while stepping into a high-demand environment with strong institutional support.

• New orthopedic surgery program transitioning from outsourced call coverage
• Full-time role with a mix of inpatient and outpatient care
• 1:2 call schedule with opportunity to establish and grow the service line
• Opportunity to build referral networks and expand orthopedic services

• Competitive base salary: $425K–$475K/year
