Responsibilities Epic Knowledge Coordination – comfortably use Epic across ambulatory roles (front desk, clinical, providers). Work with clinics and teammates to optimize through tools such as reports, SmartPhrases/Lists, templates, preference lists, in‑basket, and workflow improvements. Provide Epic, workflow, and training support during Go‑Lives and onboarding of roles (MOA, clinical, providers) to build a strong foundation and connect with system partners (Physician Compliance, Rev Cycle, Risk, Legal, CASI, Quality). Assist with Epic workflow optimization assessments and recommend improvements to enhance operational, provider, and clinical teammate efficiencies (e.g., check‑in/check‑out/rooming, workflow best practices). Demonstrate superior customer service, instill confidence, build relationships, mentor others, and effectively resolve or elevate issues. Collaborate across stakeholders including Physician & Operational leadership, Physician Compliance, Risk, Legal, Rev Cycle, ISD, CASI, and OAC. Perform any other duties or support as assigned. Education and Requirements Education Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's degree or health‑care licensure. Licensure/Certification Requirements: Health‑care licensure required if an associate's or bachelor's degree is not held. Professional Experience Requirements: With a Bachelor’s degree: 1 year of clinic or healthcare experience; ambulatory and Epic experience preferred. With an Associate’s degree: 3 years of clinic or healthcare experience; ambulatory and Epic experience preferred. With health‑care licensure: Prior clinic and/or inpatient experience required. Knowledge/Skills & Abilities Requirements: General clinical workflow knowledge and comfort working in Epic in various roles (MOA, Referrals, Front Desk, Providers). Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel). Regular travel to clinics, including overnight stays when supporting clinics (depending on location).
