Eagle Crest Communities: Riverside Transitional Care - La Crosse, WI Nurse - LPN or RN Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Full‑Time: 80 hours per 2‑week pay period Casual Call: Build your own schedule – 3 shifts a month; 2 on the weekend Part‑Time: 16+ hours per 2‑week pay period Available shifts vary by day of the week and include weekend and holiday coverage. These positions enjoy every other weekend and every other holiday off. AM: 6:00 am‑2:30 pm | 6:00 am‑6:30 pm | 8‑ or 12‑hour shift options available PM: 2:00 pm‑10:30 pm NOC: 10:00 pm‑6:30 am | 6:00 pm‑6:30 am | 8‑ or 12‑hour shift options available What You’ll Do Perform basic nursing care. Assure that all proper safety measures and body mechanics are followed in delivery of all care. Document and report all care given and relevant observations regarding the residents to the appropriate staff member.
