Since 1984, we have been dedicated to not only serving mouthwatering food but also creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests.
In 1984, Craig and Lea Culver, along with Craig's parents George and Ruth, opened the very first Culver's in the family's beloved hometown of Sauk City, Wisconsin. From the beginning, we have been committed to providing delicious food and exceptional service. While our signature ButterBurgers and Frozen Custard are undeniably craveable, it's our warm and friendly approach that truly sets us apart.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
