Duties and Responsibilities

• Undergo training in various departments such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service to gain a holistic understanding of the business.
• Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies.
• Work closely with a mentor to manage projects, analyze business decisions, and understand different leadership styles.
• Participate in workshops, team projects, and periodic evaluations to facilitate continuous learning and development.
• Engage with other team members to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding departmental progress and insights.
• Assist in managing daily operations and solving problems that arise in the day-to-day functioning of the company.
• Observe and learn how to manage human resources tasks such as recruitment, training, sales, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement strategic plans with measurable objectives in collaboration with your mentor and team leaders.
• Represent the company at business events, trade shows, and networking events to learn and implement best practices from the industry.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
• Strong desire to learn and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proven leadership potential and ability to manage small teams during training projects.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic required.
