Personal Assistant (1475336) Aspen, Colorado Salary: USD35 - USD45 per hour Location: Aspen, CO Work Arrangement: Onsite Employment Type: 6-month contract-to-hire Position Overview Beacon Hill's client is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Personal Assistant to provide hands-on support to a private family and assist with the day-to-day coordination of their household in Aspen. This position is ideal for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable managing a variety of personal, administrative, and household-related priorities. The Personal Assistant will work closely with the family to coordinate schedules, travel, appointments, household needs, and special projects. This individual will also assist with vendor and property coordination while the family completes construction of a new residence. Responsibilities Manage calendars, appointments, scheduling, and other day-to-day family commitments. Research, plan, and coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and related logistics. Assist with personal and family projects that require research, organization, scheduling, and follow-through. Coordinate school and education-related activities, including college research, campus visits, and travel arrangements. Serve as a point of contact for household vendors, service providers, contractors, and other external partners. Help coordinate ongoing needs related to the family's current residence and new home construction. Arrange property services, including security and alarm needs, seasonal maintenance, snow removal, and other household services. Monitor outstanding household projects and ensure vendors, appointments, and services remain organized and on schedule. Partner with existing household staff to support smooth day-to-day operations. Handle sensitive personal and household matters with professionalism and discretion. Provide additional administrative and personal support as priorities arise.
