Compensation

We offer a competitive salary starting at $440,000, complemented by productivity-based incentives.

Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Otolaryngologist to join our respected team, which includes three physicians and six Advanced Practice Practitioners. The ideal candidate will uphold our tradition of excellence and significantly enhance patient care within our community.

• Join a high-volume, quality-driven practice focused on delivering exceptional patient care.
• Benefit from Advanced Practice Provider support and manageable call requirements, with a 1:3 weekday rotation and approximately four weekend calls per year.
• Access excellent ancillary services, including diagnostic audiology and a clinic for speech and swallow disorders.
• Receive additional physician support through our affiliation with a prominent medical center.

Qualifications

• Medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology.
• Current medical license and DEA registration in the state.
• Proven clinical excellence, high patient satisfaction, and strong communication skills.
